    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I do not want to interrupt my good friend Hon. Mpuru Aburi who is doing his third term. To begin with he should know that when I stand on a point of order, he should take his seat. Hon. Mpuru is not helping our new Members. It is understandable when a new Member reads notes, but not a Member who is serving his third term and having served in EALA standing in his place to read notes, which we do not know are from who or where. I think he is completely out of order and misleading our new Members. He must not be allowed to be reading notes, unless he makes disclosure about the author of those notes."
