    "content": "Mwatate Constituency has its own uniqueness and challenges. The first one is electricity. Electricity connectivity has been a nightmare in Mwatate. We have only 30 per cent connectivity in Mwatate. This creates many issues in the employment of our youth. We have TVETs there. The youth have trained and they have graduated. Some of them are welders and they have not been able to access electricity so that they can open Jua Kali workshops. I request the Government, through this honourable House, to add the grid of electricity in Mwatate so that we can help our youth and get them out of unemployment."
