    "content": "With regard to title deeds in Yatta, we have thousands if not hundreds of thousands of people who are squatters and most of them need tittle deeds. We are talking of 59 years since Kenya attained self-rule and there are people without title deeds. The Government should take this into consideration. It is a pertinent issue in Yatta. Something that I want to bring to the attention of the House is electricity. We have many schools and villages without electricity. As their MP, I would love the Government to take into consideration the rural electrification programme. Back to the Motion, I want to contribute meaningfully because a Motion to do with a school feeding programme is very essential. I am a beneficiary of Maziwa ya Nyayo and our pupils should enjoy school feeding programmes because this contributes to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 3 and 4 on Equality, Quality Education as well as Good Health and Well-Being."
