I also want to say that the issue of development of the school feeding programme is affecting every Kenyan and our children. Many children are living without anything. We need to take action because many people depend on long and short rains. Therefore, we need to declare that the drought is a national disaster in this country. I would like to take this opportunity to support this Motion and urge that we take action. I rest my case and donate some time to other Members. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker"
