The problem with immigrant workers traveling out of the country is that, first, our country has actually never signed binding bilateral agreements with other countries where our struggling Kenyans go to look for jobs. What is happening is that some of the agreements and contracts signed cannot be legitimately questioned or raised in a court of law.
