    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, let me explain to my brother. In Francophone, it is Deputy Minister, whereas in Anglophone, it is Assistant Minister. I hope I have clarified. I hope the committee will be seized of this matter. Many of the workers going through torture are actually ‘hustlers.’ I hope the ‘Hustler’ Government will make sure that we sign verifiable and reciprocal bilateral agreements with other countries, so that when Kenyans go to work out there, they are treated with dignity and are able to remit back foreign exchange, which is doing an excellent job in transforming our country, as we move forward.
