    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like to take this opportunity to second the Motion by Sen. Ali Roba on the issue of drought. I congratulate the Senator for Mandera for thinking and effecting his thoughts by seeking for adjournment of the House to debate this matter of national importance. One of the issues we must address as a Senate, irrespective of where we belong, is the question of certain parts of the country having to deal with a drought situation and attendant famine."
