I am guided that under Standing Order No.34, a Motion to adjourn ought to have been moved at least 30 minutes before the time appointed for adjournment. If we have got only 10 minutes or so, then that Motion cannot be moved at this time. It would be subject to the Senators agreeing that instead of having five minutes each to contribute, we do it in under two minutes. I, therefore, direct Sen. Mandago to wind up his contribution."
