    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, yesterday, on 2nd November, 2011, the hon. Mbadi stood up and demanded that a Ministerial Statement on the status of Revenue Account at the Treasury be delivered by the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and Ministry of Finance. I stated that the same would be delivered today. However, the issue of whether or not the Statement could be made in the House has been canvassed and the Speaker had indicated that he will rule on the matter. At the time, I stated that I would issue the Statement, which is today, I was under the mistaken impression that this ruling had been made by the Speaker."
