    "content": "Hon. Members, for your information, I know that as many as 200 Members did not have an opportunity to make their maiden speeches. I want to inform you that a maiden speech is a maiden speech, whether you do it today, tomorrow or in two months’ time. And as it is the practice of Parliament, you are normally given some leeway, no matter what the debate is about, to make your maiden speech within that particular debate. So, there is no cause to worry. Personally, I made my maiden speech two months after I joined Parliament and I had more than 15 minutes to do it. We can move on. Leader of the Majority Party."
