    "content": "Reference is to Sen. M. Kajwang. The Senators to the right of the Deputy Speaker want me to make references about them but I will rise on a point of order to make reference. Standing Order No.101(3) says: “It shall be out of order to use offensive or insulting language whether in respect of Senators or other persons.” Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I find the characterisation of the Senator of Homa Bay County as a person who grabs other peoples’ things very offensive. Can that either be substantiated or withdrawn?"
