    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, I was privileged to be part of Kenya Kwanza and now I am an elected Member. I also participated in their campaigns. I must say that in his Speech, the President spoke rightfully about what we always talked about in our campaigns. For me, what I captured most was the issue of social security. As you are aware, this country is heavily indebted by foreign debts. The President said that as a country, we can help one another through saving and borrow from our savings to develop ourselves and the Government can also use this money for infrastructure and building of schools. If you read his Speech, he clarified that social security in Kenya especially NSSF is so much undermined because of poor saving culture. He encouraged all of us to save more. The format used now shows that the people who are keen on saving are the ones in formal employment especially civil servants. Many Kenyans, the young generations, those who never went to school, and those in the private sector work every day and hustle. These people should be encouraged to save, so that we can have an opportunity to develop this country."
