    "content": "On the NSSF, whoever put that paragraph in the President’s Speech should be called to order. It was a very casual statement whereby it was said it is 200 x 12 x 30 and yet, NSSF is a Fund where trustees are earning millions of shillings which they are meant to invest for the people. We should not be discussing the change of the contribution in this House. Instead, we should discuss the management of NSSF and people put to task to ensure that they deliver their responsibilities to the people of Kenya."
