The Member for Gwasi is contending that the request he has made for a Ministerial Statement is specific and restricted to as certain aspect of Statements that must emanate from your Ministry, which will be in compliance with the provisions of the Constitution and any other relevant law. But what you are saying is before the PAC is broader; it is the entire annual accounts. So, it is important that you also address me on that aspect, so that I bear it in mind."
