    "content": "It is critical that I look at the issues the President highlighted which were good ideas and well-intended. They looked at the bottom part of the pyramid in our country but their approach can be improved. The President talked about improving savings for retirement for the people in the informal sector. Few people have talked about the issue of restructuring the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) to work for such a people. When one thinks of a national strategy that can help people at the lower part of the pyramid to save, it is critical that they equate the savings to investment."
