Let me take this opportunity to make a few contributions and observations on the Speech that His Excellency President made on 29th of September this year. I laud him for appreciating Kenyans for electing more women than they had done in the previous election of 2017. I also got impressed by his commitment that he was going to work for everyone - all wards, all constituencies, in all counties in the Republic. That is captured in Paragraph number 14 and 15."
