    "content": "I can see the warning that my time is almost up. On universal health coverage, our people are getting impoverished every time a sickness visits a home. Universal health coverage is going to sort out our people. They will not have to use their much- needed saving to meet health bills. That is something encouraging. I was also excited when the President said that the Government should not borrow to finance its recurrent expenditure. Only a fool lives beyond their means. It is encouraging that going forward, the administration of His Excellency the President, William Samoei Ruto, is going to encourage savings as it discourages borrowing to finance recurrent expenditure. That will make our people save more and have better services. As I sit down, I laud the President for suggesting that we should change Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) to Kenya Revenue Service.
