    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I take this opportunity to congratulate His Excellency, Hon. (Dr.) William Samoei Ruto, and our Deputy President, Hon. Rigathi Gachagua, for leading a successful people-driven and oriented campaign. They inspired the ordinary Kenyan to know that their dreams are valid. They also put trust in them to fulfill their aspirations. Congratulations Your Excellencies and count on my support. I also wish to congratulate hon. Members for a great win. No doubt, we all appreciate the enormous responsibilities bestowed on our shoulders, to carry forth the aspirations of our Kenyan people.
