    "content": "The other issue is on the ‘Hustlers’ Fund. After election every leader comes on board and introduces a fund. We have the Youth Fund, which has not benefited Kenyan youths. It is actually failing today. Many of the youths are jobless, dropped out of school and we do not know what the Youth Fund is doing in this country."
