    "content": "I also want to specifically respond to the hon. Member, who has talked of previous pledges to do that section of the bypass. As you are aware, in Nairobi, we have also had the Nairobi Bypass that has been a big issue for many years. But as you are aware, we have started; we commissioned the road early this year and it will be completed on schedule as we have agreed. So, I want to assure this House that, indeed, once the study is completed, we will prioritize it and work will commence soon."
