    "content": "I request that when the Committee on Devolution and Intergovernmental Relations is in place, it should check on the Statement I had sought on Machakos County being considered as an ASAL because of the drought in that area. We deserve to be considered among the ASALs. Water is a big issue not only in Machakos County but the entire Ukambani region."
