    "content": "I support the Kshs50 billion Hustler’s Fund. However, I want a proper law to be put in place to safeguard that money to ensure that the hustlers are made aware of the fund and to make sure that the fund goes to them. We have other funds that the hustlers can benefit from even before the Kshs50 billion hustlers fund is put in place. We have the Youth Fund, Women Fund, Uwezo Fund and other funds that they can benefit from. Majority of them do not know the existence of those funds hence they do not benefit from them."
