    "content": "I want to remind the minority that this Government has only been in place for 28 days and not 100 days. That is why the President has not implemented anything. My brother from Homa Bay County stood here and said that the President talked about savings in this country. He also mentioned that other people are saving in different ways. If he followed the President’s Address today at the National Securities Exchange (NSE), he would have noted that the President encouraged the NSE to incorporate each and every Kenyan. We should encourage the President. They are in the minority to correct the President for him to lead this country in a better manner. Thank you. My time is over."
