    "content": "On a point or order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I think you have, on various occasions ruled on how we should optimally use the time of this House. The Leader of Government Business is telling us what we already know. The concern this House has is, in terms of prioritizing the constitutionally bound Bills, and not to tell us what we have already done and to take us through that. Could he skip the part that is not relevant and deal with the issues we want to hear? If you look at the plan of next week, you will see that the four Bills he has talked about are all Private Members’ Bills. We want to hear what the plan of the Government is and not what we have already achieved. Is he in order to take the time of the House repeating history?"
