    "content": "The President’s speech also affirms the President’s commitment to implement the Kenya Kwanza manifesto. We did move around the country trying to enlighten the members of the public, especially the hustlers, on the importance of having a Government that is concerned about them bearing in mind that the President of this country was a hustler. He was a chicken seller and a Member of this House. He has undergone a number of issues. He is aware of what the current mwananchi wants on the ground. He is a true champion of democracy and respects the rule of law as demonstrated by his appointment of the Judges of the Court of Appeal only a day after his inauguration. The former Government took a lot of time to appoint the judges hence undermining the independence of the Judiciary and the rule of law."
