Cherarkey rose on and read, was based on the Speaker’s Rules. Maybe he may have misconstrued those rules. That does not mean he was frivolous. I think I have ruled on it. It does not mean that if your point of order is overruled, it was frivolous. Therefore, I may not hold the Senator for Nandi disorderly. Sen. Madzayo, kindly proceed."
