    "content": "Apart from the provisions of Article 153 on the question of attendance of Cabinet Secretaries (CSs), of course, they are required to attend Senate if summoned. Given the complimentary provision of Article 10 on their obligations, they should be accountable as public officers. I propose that we will need to work with the National Assembly, to ensure that we have legislation that creates ability of oversight by both the National Assembly and the Senate, beyond what was provided under the NG-CDF Act.
