    "content": "Isiolo North, JP): Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I take this opportunity to thank the Almighty God for abundance of grace. Secondly, I thank the people of Isiolo North for having confidence in me to represent them in the 13th Parliament. I first represented them diligently in the 11th Parliament. I also wish to congratulate you and your Deputy on your election as the Speaker and Deputy Speaker in the 13th Parliament. Further, I congratulate all other Members who have been elected or nominated to this august House. Hon. Speaker, the President’s Address was inspiring. It touched on a number of areas including reminding us on the just concluded elections, the supremacy of the people and the decisions on the leadership. I will address four key intentions that he raised in the Speech; 1. Accountability and justice. 2. Agricultural productivity. 3. Infrastructure and development. 4.
