    "content": "He also spoke about housing projects. We are willing and ready to support this legislative agenda once brought to this House. We need this kind of development in villages like Ndenderu and Kibarage in my area so that we can build decent homes for the people. They have small pieces of land and decent housing will improve their lives and enable them to take care of their children. The President also spoke about the saving culture. He said upon employment up to retirement, one can save Kshs200 every month and at the end of his working life, he will have about Kshs74000. It is high time we looked into this model and grouped our people, especially those in the informal sector. If they save Kshs2 the Government will add them Kshs1 and at the end of the month they will see how much they have saved and this will help them become better savers. Hon. Deputy Speaker, I support the President’s Speech and his agenda. When he brings all these matters to the House for us to legislate, we promise to fully support him. Thank Hon, Deputy Speaker."
