    "content": "Having said that, one of the things I will start with is to appreciate that Nairobi is a unique county. It is a county that serves nearly seven million people; four million of them come in in the morning and in the evening return to the environs of the metropolitan that we have. Indeed, those who remain in Nairobi are Nairobians, and they deserve better. They deserve services like in any other county. When you look at Nairobi today, we are talking about drought and famine. One of the things we need to say is that we have many families that are sleeping hungry in Nairobi today. We have children who are unable to go to school because of lack of school fees, and others for lack of food. I really thank our leader from Dagoretti South, the Hon. K.J., for bringing in a feeding programme. I also thank the Hon. Member for Nyali and all those Hon. Members who are feeding their children within their constituencies.
