    "content": "Lastly, among other things is the issue of the fertilizer subsidy. Considering that Endebess Constituency is an area that is agriculturally productive, our farmers will welcome the idea. We want the National Cereals and Produce Board (NCPB) to have a better way of making sure that fertilizers reach the farmers in an efficient manner, so that we can increase our production. With those few remarks I want to record my thanks to the President’s Speech. Thank you."
