    "content": "The President also talked about the Equalization Fund and the National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF). The matter of the Equalization Fund has been in this House and in the budgets. It is in the Constitution, but there was only one disbursement that was done by the Government. I believe this Government will put more effort to ensure areas that have been marginalised for long also benefit from the Equalization Fund. The question of the NG-CDF has been restated majorly by most of the Members. We need to align it with the Constitution so that the NG-CDF can continue helping people in our constituencies. Schools have since been opened and parents are complaining of the fees because there is no disbursement by the NG-CDF."
