The Member is breaching our Standing Orders by imputing wrong motive, that as a Senior Counsel I have misread Article 153 of the Constitution. I have not added a comma nor a full stop to the provisions of Article 153(3). I have read it the way it is. Therefore, the Member is out of order for imputing wrong motive on my person. He should apologise."
