    "content": "I urge colleagues who will be Members of the Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries to push the Ministry to partner with the county governments, so that our farmers can have the right fertilizers in the right quantities and at the right time so as to produce cheaply. They should push county governments as well to work with the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development and the Ministry of Cooperatives and Micro, Small & Medium Enterprise Development because we need to ensure that our farmers get value for their produce."
