That is the issue of the CSs coming to address the House. Is he introducing the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) through the backdoor, which proposed amendments to the Constitution so that CSs can be coming to address this House directly? Was His Excellency the President agreeing with us that we should amend the Constitution so that the CSs can come and address us directly?"
