Junet the way I want. This is the august House. They thought this was the healing. Healing time is over. I want you to rule on six things that I want to tell you. I am going to start with Article 2(4) of the Constitution. It says any law, including customary law, which is inconsistent with the Constitution is void to the extent of the inconsistency and any act or commission in contravention of the Constitution is invalid. Even an Act of Parliament passed by this House, if it is not consistent with the Constitution, is null and void. Article 36 of the Constitution is on the Bill of Rights. It is on the human rights. It says the freedom of association."
