Today, the price of fuel is very high and it affects the manufacturing industry in this country. That has got to be passed on to the local consumers, who are the wananchi. We need to do something. We know that a body has been created to regulate this, but we have not seen much happening from it. In South Africa, where they have tried to regulate their oil prices, a lot has happened and this had a lot of positive impact on its economy."
