    "content": " Hon. Speaker, we cannot have the party that purports to be the majority in Parliament sitting in PIC and PAC at the same time. We cannot do that. Lastly, there is the issue of fidelity to the Constitution. The Articles of the Constitution on political rights and freedom of association need to guide you so that you protect the fundamental rights of the Members of parties that are said to be in the Azimio la Umoja – One Kenya Alliance.
