    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to contribute. Let me start by thanking the people of Embakasi South for having seen it fit for me to serve them for a second term. The law is very clear. The only person to determine which coalition a party belongs to is the Registrar of Political Parties. She has expressed herself and indicated the coalitions to which parties belong. She has also indicated that the earliest the parties can exit is 9th November 2022. As we sit here today, they all belong to Azimio. Some of the parties went to court and were advised that they must adhere to the regulations that they appended their signatures to. So, any ruling that is contrary to the advice of the only person that is allowed to register political parties and coalitions would be unconstitutional. Thank you."
