    "content": "Mr. Speaker, sir, what has been happening over the years is that Bills that originate from this House take five years in the National Assembly and never become law. However, there have been efforts to amend the Standing Orders to quicken such business or to find a way of it being inherited. I urge the new set Senate Business Committee to put commitment so that the Bills we move in this House can see the light of day at the earliest time possible so that when they go to the National Assembly, they become law and be useful to the Nation."
