I had requested to speak, to say exactly what you have said; that the Minority side seems to be taking us in circles, a game of musical chairs. That keeps us busy but takes us nowhere. Mr. Speaker, Sir, you have already made a ruling on this issue. The Minority side should be rising to say that they accept your ruling, though they may not agree with it, just like the head of Azimio after the ruling of the Supreme Court. You will then give us direction on how to proceed. Otherwise, we cannot keep debating an issue that you have already ruled on. They should accept your ruling in spite of not agreeing with it. I think that is what they are trying to say. Can we proceed?"
