I now support the Motion as has been presented by the Senate Majority Leader, seconded by the Senate Minority Leader and supported by the Senator for Siaya, Sen. (Dr.) Oburu Odinga. From the onset, I state that I was sent here by the people of Nyandarua County to come and represent them.
