    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to say before that light goes off that I will oppose a situation where a former governor is sitting in Select Committees that are supposed to oversight matters in this House. The SBC is such a Committee because it provides directions to all Committees. I wish the leaders of both sides could agree so that we can come back here tomorrow and have a SBC that will stand for the institution called the Senate and not for political formations. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I oppose and propose that Sen. Cheruiyot and Sen. Madzayo call some time out. It has been done before. Otherwise, we are going to have a defeat here"
