For avoidance of doubt, I would like to read it out – “40(2) Business shall be disposed of in the sequence in which it appears in the Order Paper or in such other sequence as the Speaker may, for the convenience of the House, direct.” Hon. Speaker, having looked at the Supplementary Order Paper for this Afternoon’s Sitting, I notice that the business listed as Order Nos. 13 to 32 are considerations of nominees for appointment as Principal Secretaries. This is to, kindly, request you to re-arrange the business so that Order Nos. 13 to 32 come after Order 33. I have just received the first batch of the reports of the committees on these proposed appointments. The first Report we have received this afternoon is from the Departmental Committee on Defence, Intelligence and The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for informationpurposes only.
