    "content": "Hon. Speaker, why is Hon. Pukose shouting? This House must go back to its default mode of being a House of debate and discourse. If every time someone rises to speak people shout, it does not make sense. I am making a well reasonable appeal to you, Hon. Speaker, that we consider these businesses after the business appearing as Order No. 33 in order for us to get ample time to go through these reports which, as you can see, are voluminous. One of them is from the Departmental Committee on Defence, Intelligence and Foreign Relations. Otherwise, we will not be doing justice to ourselves and to the country. I thank you, Hon. Speaker."
