    "content": "Having said that, on the Order that is coming up, I am getting a bit confused because on one hand, the Leader of the Majority Party says that we are not in a hurry and on the other hand, he says that we are in a hurry. Some of the Members say that they read quickly, others say that they read slowly when it comes to the JLAC Report. The point here is that any substantive issue on the JLAC Report can be raised at that time. There are certain matters that are more fundamental only when you give the notice. The question is, is there a report for which you can have a substantive discussion? I want to tell you without fear of contradiction that I am a Member of JLAC, but it has come to lack justice and fairness. It has become a kangaroo committee. One day, this will bite us. It might be convenient today, but it will come to bite us. It is unfortunate."
