    "content": "Hon. Members, for orderly conduct of the House, every time the Speaker is on his feet, the Member on the Floor should resume his seat. If you do not resume your seat, your microphone will be put off until the Speaker sits, and then it comes back to you. So, we avoid unhelpful altercations across the Floor. I want to plead with you to keep this House orderly. Those who are many will have their way and those who are few will have their say, all the time. So, we maintain our democracy, decorum and be a good example to those young children sitting in the gallery watching the famous Junet they have never seen.
