During the vetting process, we certified that all preliminary procedures were followed. Secondly, these two nominees satisfied the Committee that they are fit to hold office as Principal Secretaries on the basis of their qualifications, background, training, education and understanding in the sector’s specific areas on the mandate that they shall be undertaking."
