    "content": "We looked into the issues of EACC, Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) reports and all the matters that were necessary. We found that this gentleman passed that examination. Mr. Arumonyang is a young man. He has been serving as the Cabinet Secretary of West Pokot County. At some point, he also served as a member in the County Executive Committee (CEC). He also worked as a lecturer. His capacity to work in that particular office is good. I, therefore, wish to request this House to approve the two gentlemen, and I call upon my deputy, Hon. Rindikiri, to second. Thank you."
