"content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. Hon. Korir appeared before the Committee. First and foremost, we did not have any negative or positive memorandum about him. You know that he is our colleague. He is the immediate former Member for Lang’ata. He seems to have done a lot of research on land matters from the way he answered his questions. He also has a wealth of exposure in leadership, much as he is young and willing to learn more. In view of the above, the Committee was convinced that he is equal to the task. I wish to second that Generali Nixon Korir is appointed as Principal Secretary, State Department for Lands and Physical Planning."
